Manish grew up watching his mother cook in their family kitchen in Punjab, grinding whole spices fresh each morning, slow-cooking dals until they sang, rolling rotis by hand without a second thought. Food was never just fuel. It was care, identity, and love on a plate.
When Manish moved to Munich, he carried those recipes with him. Not as nostalgia, but as a mission. To bring that same honest, deeply-rooted cooking to events in one of Europe's finest cities. No shortcuts. No substitutions. Just the real thing, made the way it should be.
We source seasonal produce and whole spices, grinding them fresh for every event. No artificial flavors, no pre-mixed masalas, no frozen shortcuts. Every dish is made from scratch, start to finish, the day of your event.
Every event is different. Every guest list is different. We build menus around your occasion, your dietary requirements, and the mood you want to create. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free. We adapt without compromise on flavor.
