Manish grew up watching his mother cook in their family kitchen in Punjab, grinding whole spices fresh each morning, slow-cooking dals until they sang, rolling rotis by hand without a second thought. Food was never just fuel. It was care, identity, and love on a plate.
When Manish moved to Munich, he carried those recipes with him. Not as nostalgia, but as a mission. To bring that same honest, deeply-rooted cooking to events in one of Europe's finest cities. No shortcuts. No substitutions. Just the real thing, made the way it should be.
